The RDA takes pride in helping players reach the collegiate level. Since our first graduating class in 2016, over 325 RDA alumni have earned roster spots on college soccer teams across the country.
For many youth soccer players, the ultimate dream is to play at the professional level. RDA graduates have earned contracts in the USL, MLS, NWSL and European leagues.
The RDA is proud to support players competing at the highest levels. Since the program’s inception, 10 players have been called into U.S. Youth National Team camps, reflecting the club’s commitment to elite player development.
RDA Connellsville gives players the opportunity to compete at a high level close to home while also providing a pathway to the club’s ECNL teams.
Sarah started in the RDA at 12 years old, where she developed the foundation for her future success. Her journey continued through standout seasons at Pitt, leading to her first professional contract with NWSL side Gotham FC.
Sierra joined the Riverhounds Academy at 3 years old and is now a standout for the 2007 ECNL Girls team. In 2024, her pathway from Training Programs to the RDA led to a call-up to the U.S. Youth National Team.
